About Your Chinese Tutor
Having grown up in Hong Kong and China, I am fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese, and can teach you either Chinese language. Academic training in both dialects exposed me to learning methods from which my students now benefit. Furthermore, because I have lived in the United States for several years and speak English fluently, my students report that working with me is much more efficient and less prone to language/cultural "hangups" that they've experienced with other tutors.

My Rates and Availability:

I am available for private online tutoring anywhere in the world via Skype's free video conferencing service. Most of my students are located in the United States and Canada, where the online connection with me is nearly instantaneous and quite similar to sitting face-to-face.

Hourly rate: $20  (Payable in advance of session)

My rate may be a bit higher than other online Chinese tutors (e.g. China-based services), but I might suggest trying a session with them, a session with me, and then decide who provides better value :)
